Bad Boy MMA provides a range of clothing designed to suit top athletes when training and competing. The brand is associated with MMA and first appeared early in the 1990s when it sponsored Rickson Gracie who was giving a seminar on Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in Rio de Janeiro. Rickson Gracie was the son of the Helio Gracie who was the founder of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and he was seen wearing a Kimono from the Bad Boy range.

As Jiu Jitsu continued to grow, so too did the popularity of the brand with Bad Boy sponsoring the first MMA tournament in Brazil. With the decline of the Kimono, it was up to Bad Boy to take advantage and they introduced a range of Bad Boy Fight Shorts. These high quality, long lasting shorts were water resistant and also very flexible and made for much more comfortable training and fighting wear. To this day, Bad Boy clothing is still probably the most popular brand of clothing in the MMA world.
